He even took time to help me retrieve one that did get loose . I’ve trusted all the rest of my repairs to DAD’s and his crew over the years and he always takes care of me. He also painted the inside and outside of our home, installed new hardwood floors throughout our living and dining rooms, replaced our sunken patio with new pavers, finished our basement, our bathroom and many other handyman repairs. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I was looking for someone to remodel my kitchen and bathroom when my brother referred me to Kim at DADS .The first time I met him I took a liking to him right away. He was straight forward and listened to everything I wanted. While discussing the projects at hand Kim took the time to discuss all the different cabinets, appliance relocations and lighting that I can have. We sat down and came up with a final plan. When he returned with a quote a week later he took a great deal of time going over all the details. He had professional plans printed out including a list of all the extras I wanted. I agreed to use him right there for the work. Today my Kitchen and bathroom are just beautiful and I enjoy them every day. His eye for detail definitely shows in his workmanship. I recommend anyone in need of an excellent contractor to use DADs. Over the last three years I hired Kim for three other rooms to finish and will continue to hire him for my projects. - Marleen

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I hired Kim from DADs to build me a two story garage to the rear of my property. After submitting the proper documents to the township they refused the permit due to it being two stories. Their reason was it would have to be attached to the home to be allowed. So Kim and I talked about it and decided to change the plans and add an enclosed cat walk from the second story of the garage to the second floor rear room of my home. We submitted the plans and it was approved. The build turned out awesome. I’m sure I have the only two story garage of this kind. Thanks to Kim and his expertise I’m happy and would recommend anyone to use his company for their next project. - Dennis

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ After working at another dental practice for years, I decided to start my own business. I called Kim about the work I needed done and we went over the plans together. Kim assured me he could complete the work in 30 days after start. After reviewing his quote I agreed to use him and his crew. I supplied all the equipment and he was to install everything else. His work included all the walls, electrical, plumbing, painting and equipment install, and filing all permits etc. Kim finished on time and we opened our business when intended. If you’re in need of a large project you need completed he can do it. - Cliff

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I was looking to sell my house and was in need of a new roof. I did get several estimates and was looking for my best deal. I had several other repairs needed to complete for the showing. After talking with Kim he agreed to give me a discount on the roof work saving me hundreds. After discussing other projects I needed completed he put together an itemized quote and again I hired him for those as well. Kim and his crew completed all the work in the same week. We showed the house the following week and it sold. Thanks to Kim and his workers I saved a lot of time looking for contractors to do the work.
